I’m a visionary artist, storyteller, painter of portals, healer, writer, film producer, and founder of Art Medicine™, a creative pathway for healing, spiritual connection, and transformation through art.
I come from a background in both birthwork and shamanic healing. For ten years, I served as a birth doula, supporting over 300 babies as they made their way into the world.Â
That work changed me forever. It taught me how to hold sacred space, how to listen between the worlds, and how every true act of creation, whether it’s a baby, a painting, a dream, or a new self, asks us to become a clear and open vessel for something greater than we can imagine.
Art Medicine™ was born during one of those moments in my own life, a time when everything I thought I knew was dissolving. I ended a significant relationship, I changed my job, my city and my home and I didn’t feel like I had solid ground beneath me.Â

And in that space, I felt pulled toward the canvas.Â
Toward color.Â
Toward the sacred act of creating.
And it all began with a mural of a Goddess;-)Â As I painted her larger than life she started to speak to me. It opened up an inner hearing that was a channel to the messages that I needed during this very transitional time in my life.
Through this painting practice, I began to experience the canvas as a portal, a threshold, a direct doorway to Spirit and to my own healing.
Art became my medicine. A way to stabilize, to remember, to find myself again. It became my spiritual path and the way that I prayed and still do.Â
Now, through Art Medicine™, I support other multi-creative, multi-dimensional beings to do the same. Artists, healers, visionaries, and sacred misfits who are ready to weave their gifts into cohesive offerings that heal, uplift, and inspire.
My work is rooted in devotion, beauty, and a deep connection to Spirit. It’s a space for intuitive listening, bold visioning, and healing through shape, color, rhythm, and soul.

About Portal Painting™
Portal Painting™ is a sacred and highly intentional painting ceremony designed to support you through times of transition, initiation, and creative expansion.
It is the core practice within the Art Medicine™ modality and sits at the heart of the Art Medicine Practitioner Certification®.
Each Portal Painting begins with a clear intention and unfolds through a guided, layered process that merges intuition, energy, and spiritual connection.
With every brushstroke, you move through a series of energetic gateways that help you release the old, receive what you need, and embody the new.
Portal Paintings are often created large, to invite full-body engagement and make space for your medicine to move.
The scale supports emotional release, energetic activation, and full creative embodiment.
Through color, organic symmetry, and sacred structure, you channel what wants to come through you and create a physical bridge into what’s next.
This process meets you exactly where you are, whether you're a seasoned painter or brand new to intuitive art.
