Email Whitelisting Instructions 

How to add [email protected] as an email contact.

Every email provider is a little different, so I’ve put together easy instructions for you.
Just click your provider below and follow the steps.

Gmail
Yahoo
Iphone (IOS)
Outlook
AOL
Comcast
Earthlink
AT&T
Thunderbird
Security Software

          

Gmail (Web)

  1. Open Gmail and log into your account.
  2. In the search bar at the top, type [email protected] and press Enter.
  3. If you see an email from us in Promotions or Spam:
    • Open it.
    • Click the three dots in the top right corner of the email.
    • Select “Add [email protected] to Contacts list.”
  4. If the email is in Spam:
    • Click “Not spam” at the top.

 

Gmail (Mobile App)

  1. Open the Gmail app.
  2. Search for [email protected].
  3. If found in Promotions or Spam:
    • Open the email.
    • Tap the three dots in the top right.
    • Tap “Add to Contacts.”
  4. If in Spam:
    • Tap “Report not spam.”

Gmail Tabs (Primary, Promotions, Social)

  1. Go to the Promotions or Social tab.
  2. Drag an email from [email protected] into the Primary tab.
  3. When prompted, click Yes to have all future emails from us appear in Primary.

           

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log into Yahoo Mail.
  2. Open an email from [email protected].
  3. Click the + Add to contacts icon next to our name.
  4. Fill in any details you want and click Save.

                 

IPhone Mail (IOS)

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Locate and open an email from [email protected].
  3. Tap the sender’s name at the top.
  4. Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact.
  5. Tap Done to save.

                     

Outlook App (iOS & Android)

  1. Open the Outlook app.
  2. Find and open an email from [email protected].
  3. Tap the three dots (…) in the top right.
  4. Select Add to Safe Senders or Move to Focused Inbox.

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook on your computer.
  2. Open an email from[email protected].
  3. Right-click the sender name in the “From” field.
  4. Select Add to Outlook Contacts.
  5. Click Save & Close.

Outlook.com (Web)

  1. Log into your Outlook.com account.
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) → View all Outlook settings.
  3. Go to Junk email.
  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
  5. Enter [email protected] and press Enter.
  6. Click Save.

              

AOL Mail

  1. Log into AOL Mail.
  2. Open an email from [email protected].
  3. Hover over our name in the “From” field.
  4. Click Add Contact.
  5. Save.

 

              

Comcast Webmail

  1. Log in to your Comcast email account.
  2. Click the Address Book icon.
  3. Click + Create contact.
  4. Enter Alexis Cohen and [email protected].
  5. Save.

                 

              

EarthLink

  1. Log into your EarthLink email.
  2. Click Address Book.
  3. Click Add Contact.
  4. Enter Alexis Cohen and [email protected].
  5. Save.

              

AT&T Webmail

  1. Log in to your AT&T email.
  2. Open an email from [email protected].
  3. Click the + Add to contacts icon.
  4. Save.

              

Thunderbird (Desktop)

  1. Open Thunderbird.
  2. Click the Address Book button.
  3. Click New Contact.
  4. Enter Alexis Cohen and [email protected].
  5. Save.

              

 

Security Software

Norton AntiSpam

  1. Open Norton.
  2. Go to Settings → AntiSpam.
  3. Click Approved List.
  4. Add [email protected].
  5. Save.

McAfee

  1. Open McAfee.
  2. Go to Web and Email Protection → Anti-Spam.
  3. Click Friends List.
  4. Add [email protected].
  5. Save.

Trend Micro

  1. Open Trend Micro.
  2. Go to Internet & Email Controls.
  3. Find Approved Senders.
  4. Add [email protected].
  5. Save.
